Return and Refund Policy
Most of our products are made-to-order reproduction garments. They are produced based on the order details, selected options, and/or body measurements confirmed with the customer before production.
Because these are custom-made items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as wrong size provided by the customer, change of mind, unsuitable personal fit preference, color expectation differences, or no longer needing the item.
Before shipment, we may send photos of the finished garment for confirmation. Please check the photos carefully and contact us promptly if there is any issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the confirmed order details, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at izhaoe@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. We will review the case and, if approved, offer an appropriate solution such as repair, replacement, partial refund, or return and refund.
Returns
Returns are accepted only after we approve the request in writing. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, clean, unaltered, with any included accessories, and in its original packaging where possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by our confirmed quality issue or our shipment of an incorrect item.
The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Non-returnable Items
Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, altered, or specially requested items are not returnable or exchangeable unless there is a confirmed quality issue or the item does not match the confirmed order details.
The following are also not returnable:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used

Items returned without prior approval

Accessories or parts not originally included in the confirmed order

Sale items or gift cards, if applicable
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production has started. Once measurements, customization details, or production have been confirmed and production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer standard exchanges. If you need a different size, color, insignia, accessory, or version, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it is possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item, if a return is required. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, consumer cancellation rights may apply to eligible non-custom items. However, made-to-order, custom-made, personalized, or specially requested products may be excluded from the standard cancellation right to the extent permitted by applicable law.
