Order Processing & Production Time
Most of our products are made to order. We do not keep ready stock unless specifically stated on the product page.
Production time is usually about 30 days after your order details and required body measurements are confirmed. Production time may vary depending on the item, customization requirements, material availability, and order volume.
Before shipment, we may provide photos of the finished item for confirmation when applicable.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in China.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated or displayed at checkout based on the destination and available shipping method.
The product price does not include shipping unless specifically stated. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us with your country and postal code before ordering. We will confirm whether shipping is available and provide the appropriate shipping cost if possible.
Estimated Shipping Time
Estimated shipping time begins after the item has been completed and dispatched. Production time is not included in the shipping time.
For currently available international shipping options, estimated delivery time is usually shown at checkout. For example, standard international shipping may take about 8 to 14 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier handling, holidays, weather, remote-area delivery, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, remote-area surcharges, or any other charges required by the buyer's country or region are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless shown at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable import-related charges.
Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure whether additional fees may apply.
Customs Delays, Refused Packages & Returned Shipments
Buyers are responsible for completing any required customs clearance procedures in their country or region.
If a package is delayed, returned, refused, held, confiscated, or charged additional fees due to customs clearance, import restrictions, unpaid duties or taxes, incorrect address information, or the buyer's failure to complete import procedures, the buyer will be responsible for the related costs, including return shipping fees and any non-refundable shipping or handling charges.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any available photos or carrier information. We will help review the situation and communicate with the carrier when possible.
