The set includes the full dress tunic, trousers, ceremonial cap, gold cord shoulder boards, aiguillette / staff cord, and metal star collar insignias, making it suitable for collection, display, photography, stage styling, film production, and historical costume presentation.

The design follows the visual character of the Showa 43 (1968) service uniform pattern and the high-rank ceremonial styling associated with the Showa 49 (1974) formal dress specifications. The overall appearance focuses on the senior ceremonial identity: structured formal dress silhouette, gold cord shoulder boards, gold-embroidered ceremonial cap, star collar insignias, and staff cord arrangement.

The reference version is associated with the Japanese police uniform system before the 1994 daily uniform update. This reproduction is intended to recreate the visual impression of a high-level formal ceremonial dress, while remaining a modern reproduction item rather than an original uniform or official equipment.
