This made-to-order reproduction cap is based on the Soviet M35 Border Troops peaked cap style. It is suitable for historical collections, uniform display, reenactment, costume styling, photography, film props, and 1930s Soviet military aesthetic projects.

The M35 uniform regulation was introduced in 1935 as part of a broader standardization of Soviet military dress. This reproduction follows the visual character of Border Troops service headwear from that period, including the green crown, dark navy-blue band, red piping, black visor, black chin strap, and red star cap badge styling.

The cap uses wool fabric in a two-tone construction, with a bright green crown and dark navy-blue band. The front includes a red star-style cap badge, and the cap is finished with a black visor, black chin strap, side buttons, interior support, sweatband, and lining.

Construction details include tailored cap shaping, internal support, crown piping placement, visor stitching, side-button hardware, chin-strap fitting, and cap-badge placement.
